Where Can I Find Real Estate Investros In Mississippi To Fund Property Developing? (jackson Area)?

I am in the heavy construction business (dirtwork, water, sewer) and have been involved in many commercial and residential subdivisions over the years. I am interested in finding an investor who is interested in funding some developments. I will handle all of the work, I only need the financing. There will be a large profit margin due to the fact that I will only take profit from the constrcution of development. I will basically be making construction projects for myself while letting someone else enjoy the profits of developing without the effort and time. Any info will be helpful. Thank you.
