Where Can I Find Legitimate Real Estate Investors To Invest With??
Ive been wanting to invest in real estate but i dont have enough funds to invest in properties whether commercial or residential by myself. Im looking for a legit place where i can invest with investors that know the trade and are willing to let me invest with them. Does anyone know where i can find a website or somewhere in Los angeles, ca where i can find legit investors to invest with??? thanks

Lady, you sure are looking for trouble. There are plenty of crooked individuals and small cos. that will take you to the cleaners.
Stick to property funds until you have enough money to go it alone. They have professional, experienced managers, are honest and supervised by the govt. The penalty is that they charge about 1.5%, but at least you will be able to sleep at night.
