Where Can I Find Investors For A $400,000 Project?

I need about $400,000 to get a project done in the Dominican Republic that would include $250,000 for a commercial lot and then abou $150,000 to do constuction to build 20 small shops and a central bar in a lot about 80′x 120′ lot in the middle of a tourist town. I’ve shown my idea to the local developers and the real estate people down there and everyone says it is a great idea. I’d build 20 shops that would rent for $200 plus a month and then have a central bar and common food court. I figure $4000 a month in the rentals will cover the carrying costs of the construction and the bar will be all profit. How do I go about raising this kind of money? I just want a manager’s fee and a piece of the bar action. Where do investor’s look fpr projects?
