What Should Be The Required Strategies For Newly Launched Commercial Project?

We are launching a new commercial project very soon. Can somebody suggest me overall strategy or the perfect way to proceed in this case. Though I have a good idea about that also. But need better suggestions from you people. Seeking good real estate business plans for start up. Need expert’s suggestion.

get project finance and finish the project.
keep surplus parking space in basement and multilevel in upper floors and all modern aminities.
you will get better rate at that time after covering all your finace charges and interest.
