Congratulation for you on getting your real estate license! The first thing you need to do is learn how to lie, cheat and steal. What use to be an American dream has now become the agents dream $$$$$. You will soon learn how to make false promises to people by telling them they can afford a house in a over inflated market. You will be working with shady loan agents who will juggle numbers for people who would have never qualified 10 years ago. If you don’t believe me, just step out your front door and ask a new home buyer the type of loan they have. People have over extended themselves with this home buying frenzy. I know my response will upset some agents, but what can I say, your days of those fat pay checks are coming to an end.
