I have been using US Funding, but I believe they are primarily a PacNW lender.
Ask your principal broker or another commercial specialist who they are using successfully. I wouldn’t trust a list off the internet, commercial is too easy for a novice to screw up, I’d want to deal with someone who knows commercial lending.
