Appraisal is a serious business. It is also a highly-paid professional career. The ability to communicate on a high-school level, including correct spelling, grammar and syntax, is an absolute requirement. I recommend another line of work for you, or clean up your act if you want to be taken seriously. Sorry to be a stick in the ***, but you need a reality check as you begin your career in the real world. Nobody is interested in hiring or training a silly tween, except McDonalds.
