How Long Before Commercial Real Estate Gets A Bailout?

By Brian and Jeff On April 24, 2009 Under Commercial Real Estate Loans

It seems to be the next logical bailout that will be coming shortly.
Stores and businesses are closing without new businesses to take their place and lease the property.

Bailouts so far have been granted to corporations who have way outgrown themselves due to inept administration blunders that led to poor business decisions, domestic and overseas stock market trades as well as poor internal security within their business structure(s).
I don’t forsee commercial real estate qualifying here. I DO, however, see the credit card industry soon to shove out it’s “begging hands”, seeking bailout $$$ to cover their hides.
As the economy “worsens” ( doubts are it’s REALLY that bad ), millions of credit card account holders simply won’t have the money to pay their bills; so the bills go unpaid. This sounds a mega-red alert and out a-begging come the credit card CEOs.
The creidt card meltdown is going to make the financial and GM meltdowns look like a tiny scratch. Brace up for it–it’s gonna be one ugly ride.

This has been coming for years. It came to a head and now everyone is going to pay for there mistakes. Why would someone buy a house and not be able to pay for it? This was not Bush’s fault he warned about this years ago and no one listened.

They’ve already put their hands out and it’s been estimated that within the next three months you’ll be handing bags of cash over to them so they can continue to adequately maintain their lifestyle.

I don’t know but you’re right. Commercial real estate is plummeting and we’re going to see alot of foreclosures.
