Pick up your books and head for an insurance license. Armed with that and your knowledge of commerical business solicit liability, property and casualty, workers comp, to businesses. You can make money faster selling commercial insurance than personal lines.
Does Anyone Have Ideas For Part Time Employment?
I have been self employed in commercial real estate for 3 years and am having the worst year I have ever had (big surprise). I am looking for part time work ideas to make extra income for the next 3-6 months.

well if its gonna be short term, be constant money, then maybe consider sales you sell houses, you can sell anything! or could you try going to work part time for a construction company that sells stuff – like fireplaces, heater units, ac units, etc. work part time with them, because your experience with commercial real estate and knowing what owners want will help the co. you could use the money and you might make a few good contacts in the process. if not there is always retail.
