Does Anyone Have Any Idea How Many Commercial Real Estate Brokers There Are In The Us?
i’ve seen that there are something like 2.6M licensed real estate professionals but i think this includes residential real estate brokers too.

Too many. In some states, there’s more brokers than properties to sell.
