Do Clients Usually Contact Real Estate Agents…?

…to also help sell/buy commercial office and retail space? Or is it just residential?

Yes, they contact agents, but commercial and residential usually do not cross over. Commercial agents are usually very involved in their community, they are usually “contacted” because the client knows them.

yes, clients use realtors to buy/sell commercial property. Bear in mind that the skill set for commercial realtors is quite different from that of residential agents, and although they hold the same license, a residential agent may not be experienced enough to handle a commercial transaction.

both, a lot of people only use a certain real estate firm, and they contact the agents or who thinks will get the best return
