Does anyone know how to get a Commercial Real Estate job?

I am interested in reaching commercial real estate, do not know what the region …. property management, lease, loan, loan officer, I know that sounds cliché, but basically I just want to go there, where large amounts of money to be made. I'm supporting residential real estate as a loan officer and account management team subprime lender. From what I heard, the commercial people do a lot of money, but it seems that everyone wants a shopping experience.
