Does anyone know how to get a job Commercial Real Estate Industry?

I am interested in reaching commercial real estate, not known that the region …. leasing, asset management, loans, loan officer, I know it sounds cliche, but basically just I do not want to go where large amounts of money to be made. I have experience in residential real estate as a loan officer and account executive in high-risk lender. From what I hear, people in the business side to win big money, but it seems that everyone wants a shopping experience. I pay my dues, training, mentoring, etc, but I have to find something that I get the foot in the door. Help?!
