Sounds like a great-looking contemporary space!
I suggest using the following Benjamin Moore colors:
All walls (except divider) in 2123-40 (Gossamer Blue)
Divider wall in 2123-30 (Sea Star)
These colors are a beautiful blend of cool blue and gray. It’ll add a calm colorful surrounding to your work area, and it’s a great backdrop color for when you add floor plants and wall art! (For those, I suggest abstract art in stainless frames, matted in white with black).
If you’re ever in the mood to have the ceiling painted, why not consider 2123-60? Most people leave a ceiling white, but if you have an “open concept” space, the entire area would benefit from having the ceiling more tied in to the color scheme than left white. (Only a suggestion).
Did you also need color ideas for the outside? If you like my ideas, perhaps you can email me a pic (or pics) and I can help you further.
Good luck ~ hope this was helpful.
Best Wall Color For Real Estate Development Office.?
Please send me color codes. Dark pergo floors not cherry, white drywall ceilings, white frames around the windows, black leather office chairs, aluminum desks with glass tops. Like a showroom office. Perhaps suggest two colors, one with area of the computers and desks and one for the showroom. Its open concept, 1000 SQ FT with 1 divider wall thet splits office and showroom.
Also for the exterior, white windows, 4 meter by 1 M black sign going across the front with out co name. Its like old converted home on a commercial street in Costa Rica.
Thanks

Natural colors are good, Navajo is always used, it’s a really light brown.
I wouldn’t do anything to extreme, because you may turn people off, and believe it or not, atmosphere effects mood, and sales, been lots of studies on it.
If you want to spruce it up, try texture, maybe a suede look, that’s always nice, but stick to earth tones. You can get some nice textures at Home Depot, Lowes, or Sherwin Williams.
